- Timely payments. You will get paid within the month, and you will be sent rent receipts in paper or digital format with the frequency you desire.
- Direct-debit payments for property-related expenses. We handle the payment of service charges, property taxes (IBI), utilities, etc. so you don’t have to worry about anything.
- Access to our 24h Online Office where you can view all documents related to your property (rental agreement, certificate of occupancy, insurance policy, energy efficiency certificate, etc.) as well as payments on a monthly, quarterly or other frequency you may have chosen.
- FLAT RATE. You will receive a fixed monthly bank transfer. That way you know exactly what to expect every month, and we will make an adjustment payment at the end of the year to settle your account.
- We handle all communications with tenants: rent updates, building work charges, rent arrears notices, renewal of rental agreements.
- We provide a LAWYER to assist you with possible evictions. Our having a lawyer in-house makes the whole process a lot smoother and quicker.
- CHECK-OUT. We handle the inspection of the property upon key return. We check for and assess faults and damages in order to settle the security deposit with the tenants. We also handle utilities bills and other invoices pending payment.
