{"id":1167,"date":"2015-05-06T10:57:57","date_gmt":"2015-05-06T10:57:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pruebas.promocion3d.com\/?p=1167"},"modified":"2017-05-25T07:08:27","modified_gmt":"2017-05-25T07:08:27","slug":"ajuts-a-la-rehabilitacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.fincasmoles.com\/ca\/ajuts-a-la-rehabilitacio\/","title":{"rendered":"AJUTS A LA REHABILITACI\u00d3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Convocat\u00f2ria<\/b><b> 2014: Prorrogada la <\/b><b>convocat\u00f2ria<\/b><b> al 2015<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Publicaci\u00f3 de la convocat\u00f2ria al BOPB: 11 de juliol de 2014.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Presentaci\u00f3 de sol\u00b7licituds<\/em><\/span>:\u00a0del 12 de juliol de 2014 fins el 31 de desembre de 2015, ambd\u00f3s inclosos.<\/p>\n<p>El Consorci de l&#8217;Habitatge de Barcelona estableix un programa d&#8217;ajuts econ\u00f2mics per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;edificis d&#8217;\u00fas residencials i d&#8217;habitatges per a\u00a0la ciutat de Barcelona adre\u00e7ades a les comunitats de propietaris i propietaris d&#8217;edificis d&#8217;habitatges d&#8217;\u00fas residencial per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements comunitaris i habitatges derivats del Programa de mediaci\u00f3 entre propietaris i llogaters amb l&#8217;objectiu de fomentar la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del parc existent d&#8217;edificis d&#8217;habitatges de Barcelona, amb especial atenci\u00f3 a les obres de rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019han establert uns <strong>programes prioritaris<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Rehabilitaci\u00f3<\/b> <b>energ\u00e8tica<\/b><b>:<\/b>\u00a0reducci\u00f3 del consum i millora de l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica dels edificis.\n<ul>\n<li>Fa\u00e7anes, cobertes, mitgeres i celoberts.<\/li>\n<li>Terrats verds.<\/li>\n<li>Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua calenta sanit\u00e0ria mitjan\u00e7ant energia solar.<\/li>\n<li>Posada en marxa de plaques solars obsoletes.<\/li>\n<li>Aigua directa sanit\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Centralitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions i substituci\u00f3 de serveis de subministrament per altres m\u00e9s eficients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Accessibilitat<\/b><b>:<\/b>\u00a0instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019ascensors en edificis que no en tinguin i supressi\u00f3 de barreres arquitect\u00f2niques en escales i vest\u00edbuls.<\/li>\n<li><b>Patologies<\/b> <b>estructurals<\/b><b>:<\/b>\u00a0obres per a la reparaci\u00f3 de patologies estructurals en edificis.<\/li>\n<li><b>Rehabilitaci\u00f3<\/b> <b>arquitect\u00f2nica<\/b> <b>d\u2019elements<\/b> <b>comuns<\/b><b>.<\/b>\u00a0escales i vest\u00edbuls, celoberts, instal\u00b7lacions generals comuns com ara les xarxes: sanit\u00e0ria (renovaci\u00f3 dels baixants), d\u2019aigua corrent, el\u00e8ctrica, de gas; l\u2019endre\u00e7ament de: antenes, aparells d\u2019aire condicionat, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per gaudir de la subvenci\u00f3 cal complir unes <strong>condicions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Edificis anteriors a l\u2019any 1981, destinats majorit\u00e0riament a habitatge,\u00a0<i>excepte<\/i><i> per a obres de <\/i><i>millora<\/i><i> en <\/i><i>l\u2019accessibilitat<\/i><i> i per <\/i><i>actuacions<\/i> <i>d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia<\/i> <i>energ\u00e8tica<\/i><i>.<\/i><\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acord de la comunitat de propietaris.<\/li>\n<li>Les obres no es poden iniciar abans de recollir l\u2019informe t\u00e8cnic inicial que es lliura despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver formalitzat la sol\u00b7licitud d\u2019inscripci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Aportar el comunicat d\u2019inici d\u2019obres o llic\u00e8ncia d\u2019obres; iniciar-les dins dels 3 mesos des de l\u2019emissi\u00f3 de l\u2019informe t\u00e8cnic inicial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Convocat\u00f2ria 2014: Prorrogada la convocat\u00f2ria al 2015 Publicaci\u00f3 de la convocat\u00f2ria al BOPB: 11 de juliol de 2014.
